Aughhh i just wish i could controll my emotions

I always have a hard time trying to figure out what people are saying and such. Yes i have Autism and aspergers. which in short i have a social problem which leads to me ending friendship over something that i could have done better with if i had the time to explain to them.. well i ruined another friend ship.......why do i suck so bad.
